Great service from delivery team, the product is fantastic, good quality and looks great. Had to wait over 7 weeks for the furniture to arrive which was a little bit frustrating. Rather pricey, would be great if retuning customers could get access to discount for their second/ third purchase. Overall, very good experience, would recommend the company to others, thank you.

House of Oak went above and beyond to rectify a slight problem with my furniture. The delivery men were outstanding and bent over backwards to help. Ordered by Lyon Oak double bed and arrived on time. The young men that assembled the bed did a great job. The quality of the bed is brilliant and very strong. I would recommended it to all family and friends.

Doing everything right as far as I’m concerned, ordered, delivery date sorted and arrived! A special mention about the delivery drivers , who unfortunately broke down en route, 10.30 -1.30 was my slot, by 1.39 they had called to explain and promised to deliver albeit late, very polite man ,they got here at 4.30 and unloaded them for me and offered to unpack them, I declined because I asked them how far they had to drive back, Birmingham they replied, nearly 4 hours back from here, depot first then home ! They probably wouldn’t have gotten back to their house much before 10 pm on a Saturday!

Despite having the delivery lorry immobilised through no fault of the driver for a number of hours on the agreed delivery date, my furniture was still delivered on the same day. I was advised that the delivery was going to be late early in the day and, to be honest, had just told myself that it would not be coming when I received a call to say that it would be delivered in approx 20 minutes. This was at 7.15pm and, on arrival, both men were very courteous and also careful to try not to get either the furniture packaging or the flooring inside my house wet as it it was pretty dreadful weather and was pouring with rain. These men still had another 9 drops to make before they could head back to the Midlands from South Wales so I think they went above and beyond the call of duty and should be recognised for this. Well done and thank you !
