The shoes did not and could not fit even though the saleslady recommended I order the same size I always order. Then the company would only offer a 50% refund of the purchase price. The return of the shoes would only be authorized if I filled out a very confusing explanation of why I wanted to return t hem. Finally I took the 50 % refund and considered that a well learned lesson: do NOT buy products h yped internet ads. When they sound like you are going to get a taste of heaven it just might become a hell of a bad experience.

I was skeptical, but they are way more comfortable and supportive than I expected.

Waited 3 weeks before contacting customer service regarding my order which never arrived. I was told you’d get back to me but no one did. Called a week later and was told you’d get back to me but no one ever did. Four days after my third call, I received my order, six weeks after placing the order.

I love these shoes. I have bought numerous pairs. They are very comfortable. The shoes are very light and the boots are not heavy either. They are very easy to put on. I do recommend you get the insoles, the ones they come with are not the best.

I expected more support. The arch is great but the heel needs some sort of padding. I like the look, ease of packing in my suitcase and washed really nicely but theres already wear in the heel area on both pairs… my advise is to upgrade the insole heel and youve got a winner!

I love the Lorax style shoe. I initially bought a pair out of curiosity coupled with an enticing discount. I liked them and bought several more for myself plus a pair for my husband and a friend. Several months later I had shoulder replacement surgery and they really proved their worth. Very easy to put on with only one hand and tremendous balance and stability. I highly recommend them.

Great shoes could feel the difference in my feet and legs the first day and I did wear them all day. I wore them with sox's and without. I think without is best so your toes can spread out.

My brother game me a pair and I found them comfortable. When I saw the BOGO offer for seniors I decided to by the boots and a pair of “walkers” to wear with jeans. They are so comfortable! Wide toe box. Adjustable snugness that holds until you change it. That makes these great for all day wear when your feet tend to swell. The boots are warm w/o being sweaty or uncomfortable. I wore them in 18 degree weather and my feet stayed dry and toasty.
