My feet would ache so much after being on my feet at work all day. Kept buying expensive shoes with a lot of "cush" ,but they still hurt. I figured out I have neuropathy and since learning of barefoot shoes,my feet feel so much better. I can honestly say,they worked for me!

The boots and shoes are very comfortable. They help with my walking and are very comfortable

I love these shoes and how they fit. The second time I ordered I needed to exchange one of the pairs and worked with customer service. They listened to the issue I had then made the changes I needed. I would recommend hike and their shoes to anyone.

Great shoes

I love these barefoot shoes. I love the way my toes can breathe. I was never big on walking barefoot but these shoes effect your posture in a positive way.

Nowhere during the process of ordering shoes does this company mention that the only two options they give you if you are not happy with the shoes is to exchange them within 30 days or keep them and get 30% of the purchase price back. Who would order shoes without a guarantee of a full refund if they weren’t satisfactory (aren’t comfortable, look cheap)? This company ships from China so they take awhile to arrive and I’m guessing that’s why they’d just as soon as you keep them. The shoes are cheap latex so I’m guessing they still make a profit from your $78 expenditure even giving you back 30% on your purchase.

I really don’t notice any kind of difference or improvement by walking in these Hike shoes. But they are comfortable, so I wear them. Cannot recommend.

The shoes are light and with some arch support, but over all they aren't sturdy enough for me. I could not insert my 1/8" support into the left shoe.

These shoes are so comfortable. I love them. The only problem I have is they are not suitable for bad weather.

I wrote a review about the inability to return without paying almost all of the cost of the shoes for shipping. What I forgot to mention was that the shoes arrived in a plastic bag. Inside that plastic bag was a cloth bag touting eco friendly packaging and inside that was yet another plastic bag holding the shoes. The chemical odor on the shoes was so overwhelming I had to put the whole thing outside for two days. That packaging was anything but eco friendly and I do not dare to imagine how these are made to create such an awful odor. Cardboard recycles!

The shoe sizes are slightly smaller than I was used to with shoes I bought. So I wanted to exchange them for larger sizes. Here is what went wrong: 1) The shoes arrive without any paper to facilitate returns. 2) The web site is of no help in returning or exchanging merchandise. 3) Email I initiated to get a merchandize exchange going gets no responses for WEEKS! I need to send repeat emails. There might as well be no returns. For a business selling product in the USA this is unacceptable. I'd like to get to the end of the process of exchanging my shoes.

I got a pair of shoes that were very uncomfortable & hurt my feet. You made it right by letting me get another pair that fit way better!

I ordered a different style this time series 11 cloud. They feel a little more supportive than my previous selections. Have only worn two days but they are comfortable and I do like them.
