I have enjoyed wearing Hike shoes and find that my walking is better with less stress on my hips and lower back. I can easily fit my orthotics into the shoes and am ready to walk or do whatever needs to be done. When they look like the need some tlc I throw them into the washing machine and air dry them.

I love my shoes, so I ordered a second pair in a different color. Several weeks later they arrived, but we're the wrong size. I contacted customer support on Jan. 6.and received an email that they would replace my shoes. One week later, I am still eagerly waiting for my replacement shoes. This is so disappointing because I love the shoes. I have arthritis in my feet and the bike shoes provide much relief. Love the shoes, but their customer service and is slow.

My feet feel so great when I wear the regular ones, and easy on and off, too! I have not tried the winter ones I got, yet.

So comfy to wear around the house. Cant wait for the snow to go so I can wear them outside too!

Bought two pair of boots for Christmas, they were really small,one pair barely fit me, my husband couldn't even get his foot in his. Called to enquire about their sizing and they agreed to replace the one pair and not have to return the to small pair. Only problem was that once you say OK that's great they won't even talk to you about the other pair. They asked what size I wanted them to ship, only problem was they shipped the same size instead of the larger size. Good thing I caught it when the email they sent out had the same size listed and called to ask about the size, they were able to catch their mistake before it actually shipped and replaced it with the larger size. These boots do keep your feet warm but they are definatley not waterproof, my toes were wet in just a few minutes in very little snow. Also they make your feet hurt, not an all day shoe!

Ordered during sale. Mistakenly ordered wrong size for the 2nd pair. Contacted the company and they said they would send the correct size, I have literally emailed about this for the last month and actually talked with two different reps who said they would take care of it! Nothing!!!

I have a spinal injury and the feeling in my feet is numbness or nothing. I read about hike shoes,I gave them a try and Love them! I can actually feel the ground with these shoes.They help me feel the ground and I can balance more efficiently! When walking with the walker I can feel traction with the ground. And a very attractive shoe.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever worn i'm normally in flip-flops. Or barefoot? I love these shoes. They're like walking barefooted

Because it is winter here in upstate NY I can only say how comfortable they are for indoor wear. I wear them all day here in the house and am very impressed as to the comfort.Easy to slip on and off and extremely light weight. Thank you.

I asked for a refund because the shoes would not work for me but all i got back was a message about changing sizes. Tried to explain that I couldn’t make them work because of high arch but all i kept getting back was auto generated messages

I had a size problem with my initial order and HF made good on it. I highly recommend their shoes to anyone looking for more of a lightweight and comfortable shoe.

No response from customer service for my return

I love my Hike footwear I have 3 pair for myself. however. I have worn the Brooks and Hokas for years. I still like them but for part of my day then I need to change to a different pair. My HF I can put on early am and forget I have them on at the PM.I us mine at work all day then walk my dogs and complete house chores, then sit down and look I still have the same pair on. I do have q question I purchased some from Amazon for my spouse and daughter Said they were HF but no logo on them and sizing seems different?

Your doing everything just right...I recommend Hike all the time! I'm 64 and my feet feel wonderful ever since I have been wearing them.
