The orthotics are comfortable and have replaced old ones that wore out. I am hoping these will last longer. It took a while to get these so plan ahead.

I bought 2 pair of winter boots for my friend who is a diabetic with neuropathy and he loves them.He says he has some feeling in his toes and his feet and back feel so much better.

The shoes are great when they come in a pair of the same size they do help a lot of the pain that I used to reside with every day here lately my last four orders I’ve had the right foot smaller than the other, so I have feared sharing my affiliate link, which no one has yet to contact me back about my payments and this has been quite a few months now so shame on y’all And I don’t recommend your shoes to anyone else until I hear back from y’all

Your company’s refusal to give me a full refund (less shipping) is unacceptable. Your company refuse to take back your own shoes demonstrates that even the company doesn’t want their own product back. I was strong-armed into having to accept only a 50% refund on my shoes that I ended advertently ordered in the wrong size. I definitely will never be buying from your company again and I have already begun telling people to stay away from your company because your customer service and return policy is ridiculous.

I just need more support in a shoe than this brand provides.

My foot problems with peripheral neuropathy and plantar fasciitis have improved so much since wearing HIKE shoes. I can't praise them highly enough! Seems like my balance improves while wearing them as well, which at age 82 is a big plus!

1comfort 2 feet and legs don't hurt as bad when I wear my Hike Shoes.

Website was easy to navigate and my feet are lovin' the comfort. I ordered my husband a pair and he loves them too as he is diabetic and they protect his feet and give him some grip! They are great!

I have idiopathic neuropathy and nothing feels comfortable on my feet except thong sandals with a suede bottom. I can't wear that in the cold weather so I tried Hike Barefoot Shoes. They are awesome! My toes have room to move and they feel like slippers but can be worn easily outside. I have 3 pair and my husband has two. Thanks so much helping to alleviate my foot issues!

The right shoe fits my foot really perfectly...But the left foot shoe was incorrectly cut and it had too low a back side near the heal and too low of a cut on the heal. It keeps slipping off the foot every two steps that i take. I would like to know who do i speak to to get a correctly made left shoe for the foot.

Seriously? I already gave a review. I only received 1/4, and that was the bonus shoe that was for my son for Christmas that arrived afterwards. Then, the other 3 showed they were delivered two weeks ago and they were not. After contacting Hike, I was to track and correspond myself with the delivery company. They in turn showed pictures of the package, the front door and the house address. It was NOT my front door and the address was incorrect. Numbers were transposed. I even checked my neighbors if they received them and looking at their front porch, it was a definite NO. The delivery person messed up. The delivery outfit said they’d look into it but I’ve not heard back from them.

Hike addressed my concern quickly with a replacement pair and no hassel.

Customer support team was very helpful. When I somehow ordered the wrong size, I got back with them to find out if I could return them for the next larger size. They offer a 30% back and you can donate the shoes. I chose this route and it just made things simpler.

I didn't care for the shoes. They're great for inside, but expensive to use as a pair of slippers.

I have found these shoes very comfortable. My PT told me that they’re great for helping me to retrain my feet and strengthen my arches. I pronate when I walk and stand, and I’m hoping that these will eventually help my feet to realign.

The shoes are not comfortable walking on rocks or gravel. They also have a strong rubbery smell. I bought 2 pair while they were on sale and wanted to return them for another size and was told there was a " no return " policy for shoes bought during a sale. Summer wear only. My feet froze trying to wear them in winter.

Once the weather turns warmer, these shoes are all I wear. They are superbly comfortable and durable.

I have always loved to go barefoot! I never liked wearing shoes. As an older person, I developed bunions that made most shoes painful so I wore sandals all year long except when there was snow on the ground when I was forced to wear boots but they always hurt. Barefoot shoes are like having an extra protective skin on my feet so I can feel the earth and rocks under my feet when we hike in the forest but they are not at all constraining. I don’t even rush to take them off when we get home because they are so comfortable! In short, I love them!
