My shoes didn’t fit they didn’t support my ankles at all

I ordered on the 26th of December and to date I have not received my shoes. I ordered two pair of shoes however my order was updated to three pairs. I contacted Customer Support and was told my order would be adjusted. My order had been stuck somewhere since 30th of December. I was told I would be updated but I was not. Very frustrating experience.

I ordered shoes for my husband they were too small I called to exchange and they said they would send a correct size for free no need to return the other pair. The next pair came and fit perfectly. Not only are these my favorite shoes, it’s like being barefoot with a comfortable layer of protection under my feet, the company couldn’t have made it easier to correct my problem when I had one. I love HF shoes!!

It took so long for the shipment to get to my home. I had to call several times to make the inquiries

I love these shoes I now have 4 pair and people ask me about them. They are so comfortable and when I get them dirty I just throw them in a laundry bag and in the wash come out like new. Ordering is easy and I received them fairly quick. They have some great deals and there are plenty of colors and styles to choose from

Great customer service. These shoes are too light for wearing outside. I use them as “house” shoes. I work in private homes that are “shoes off” homes so they are perfect for wearing in these homes. I do not wear them outside as you can feel every rock through the sole. They are holding up well wearing them as house shoes. I paid a bit too much for them I realized after receiving them and doing a bit of research.

The shoes came quickly and feel great . Ordered 2 pair 1 pr for my daughter (who already had a pair but wanted the high tops) and 1 pr. for myself to try . they especially feel great after a long day at work with a pair of dress shoes on,

Well, I tried a pair, and they gave me so much releaf from. My hammer toes. I developed after surgery. I now have four pairs love them.

No communication from Chinese company on my returns. Way too long t deliver and little communication

Feet and shins feel so much better, th only issue I have is one of the pairs I have the soles have fallen off even after following the wash care. I would order more because you are always doing the buy one get one. Might even try the boots next time around

Its small i can wear it

This is my first experience with barefoot shoes. I have found these to be quite comfortable and am enjoying wearing them. Surprisingly it took no time at all to get used to them.
