Exceptional problem handling. We ran in to few problems with the shipping company as they did not pick up the parcel for few days. Team at Fitness Equipment was responsive and honest with their answers where usually customers get confusing lame excuses. Logistic department got involved as well where immediate switch of delivery company was made and my water rower was delivered in 72h! Which is impressive considering from Northern Ireland to South Ireland! Kudos to the team handing this one!
