Great, ordered a water rower and it arrived in just a few days - they had said it could be a couple of weeks on back order from USA. Really good customer support and delivery speed super company.

This machine is solid...and anyone who has trained will get more from it ,pulleys are smoothe ,the press for chest can also be used for shoulders just push forward and drop your head so shoulders are level with the press.plus sit on the seat reverse, pull downs to the back of the head and neck, the same at the front and turn your head to either side when suits.i seen reveiws about no adjustment on the seat.if you feel you are shorter stick a cushion on simple.plus it gives instruction to range for height before you buy.,also about being a bit shake.again if this is for upright rows stand on the footprints either side....I do feel that there could of been extra l shape brackets round about these positions to choose to bolt it to the floor maybe york could look into this...but again if your handy you could do this yourself .my opinion this should be added,on point the instruction booklet needs upgraded in this modern day a video of putting it together ,but they offer at extra cost to be assembled which is good.i put it together myself but it will take two probably to lift the boxes to a place we're you will want it...also I have it on the upper floor .hope this helps with purchase,another reveiw was people said that the cables were to short for pulleys..that's why the chain is their...find your distance double the chain up or have it at full length stick hooks on and your good to go.for upright rows, wide barbel curls close grip curls.reverse forearms,also low lat cable rows wide or close grip.add a v,shape handle £15 on amazon. Also if you have another benchyou can set it in front the multi gym stick yor feet on the seat and get you back workout of the bench press or keep feet on the ground with your legs pressed against the leg extension, I have a foldable incline,decline bench,just use your brain ,if your a beginner watch videos of exercises and you can get heaps from this machine.i am old skool trained over 20 years in free weight plus resistance machines,had a few injuries and operations prob pushing to much .I was back and forward to gyms then getting a wee tweak here and there keeping my membership running and not getting back again,I also trained with some big lumps and I put a few through their paces myself for all who reads there is a heavy stack on this,if your home ,warm up on some resistant bands I would never of used these years ago.lol...but they are realy good for pumping the blood and I have had cracker pumps ,and stop looking at what you can push or pull in kg on the stack.overall this is a very good machine costly to others but you get what you pay for....I'm at my latter at 52.....I got two good workouts so far.i am happy, enjoy if you buy ,and focus on your training .take care....Cliff

Excellent service

Just received my new WaterRower from Fitness Equipment NI and I just want to say thanks to them for their fantastic service. I had a quick and helpful response to my initial sales enquiry and went ahead and placed an order on Monday morning and took delivery of my new rowing machine on Thursday morning. I could have had it on Wednesday, but there was nobody home. I am based in Southern Ireland and so I was a little worried that there might be some Brexit delay or customs charges, but there weren't any issues at all with the delivery. Im a very happy customer and could not recommend Fitness Equipment highly enough.
