Good condition, better than the description

This was my first time ordering from Yoogi's Closet. I honestly didn't know how this was going to go. I placed my order and soon thereafter it was delivered. The packaging was great. My bag was exactly as listed on the website. The photos matched the bag. They exceeded my expectations. On that note, maybe just one area that needs improvement. My package was delivered with no signature required. With porch pirates running amuck, requiring a signature for delivery would give the buyer peace of mind.

I was 100% satisfied with my experience! After multiple disappointing experiences with TRR, I was pleasantly surprised that Yoogi's Closet managed to check every box of satisfaction. My purchase, a beautiful lambskin bag, was exactly as described and photographed. It was put in an actual sturdy and reusable dust bag (TRR's dust bags are incredibly weak), and air pillows were used to stuff the bag and add cushioning on the outside so it wasn't just sliding around in the box. Shipping was free, but there was a $15 2-day delivery option, which is actually a very reasonable price compared to other sites. Meanwhile on TRR, shipping is usually expensive and never free, which is a punch to the wallet after taxes, and they can't be bothered to put those fees towards air pillows or quality dust bags. If you're like me and want detailed listings and items to be packed with love and care, go with Yoogi's Closet. They are without a doubt one of the best preloved luxury sites!

Yoogi's Closet has gone above and beyond, for example, compared to my experiences with Real Real. My items were very carefully packaged to ensure they were protected, came with hanging bags, dust bags, or cases, and have authentication documents included. They ship quickly, but without sacrificing care! I'm a Yoogi's customer for life now.

The condition is great and as advertised. Unfortunately, the color in the photos looked different than reality. The item looked reddish in the photos and in real life it's more brownish.
