This wonderful Devon cream tea is a delightful and quintessentially British treat that combines freshly baked scones, clotted cream, and strawberry jam. When enjoyed together, they created a harmonious blend of flavors that tantilised my teen grand-daughters tastebuds following her emergency appendicitis operation last Friday. Although she was not enjoying her Devon cream tea in a cozy tearoom or picnicking in the countryside, her Devon cream tea hit the spot and brought a great big smile to her face following what had been a traumatic few days. I ordered a cream tea for valentines day. 💝 it arrived a day after however ,when I emailed the staff where very professional and explained my misunderstanding well. Once it arrived we enjoyed it tremendously. Scones yum ! Clotted cream yum yum ! The jam yummy !!! All with a tasty tea . We'll worth the money .I will be ordering again .

Great company, ordered late at night and my error meant parcel would be sent to wrong address, sent email that night and was sorted first thing without a phone call.

Was ordered as a gift . Easy to navigate ordering and was delivered on specified day. The gift was received and enjoyed but courier just left on doorstep and didn't bother knocking.

Box was damaged on arrival and contents packaging crumpled, bad attitude from courier and poor customer service when I tried to complain. Hung up on me twice. Offered a pitiful £2.15 refund and when I finally got through doubled it to £4.31. Because "well its still edible isn't it? " Would not use again nor recommend to friends as this was a gift and it looked awful

If you want to send a really special gift this is it. Beats flowers any day. The quality of the scones jam and cream is superb as are the biscuits and tea. Made a order for valentines and the clotted cream was not with the order I sent email and did get a reply saying sorry and would send one out But my order was for valentines and the whole experience I had planned was ruined due to the order not being correct They have refunded me £3.60 for the cream when I explained Think I will not use this company again and maybe try a different one
