I had a glitch when using the website; rang the company and they talked me through it. The delivery was the next day! My friend who is recovering from a major operation was delighted with a gift that was different from flowers!

This was my first time ordering from Devon Cream Teas and I can not recommend more. First I ordered for the wrong date so I quickly emailed their customer service to ask if possible to change the date, and got a fast response from Carrie who change the date no problem for me. The delivery should up on time and the date I change it too. This was for my nan who turned 89 years young and has dementia. Well, it made an impact on her because she cried as it tasted so beautifull (her words). I know I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I bought the Devon Cream Tea as a birthday gift for my elderly mother in law's birthday. At 88 years of age I think nice food treats make the best presents. As my in law's do not live close by, this present was also ideal. Brilliant being able to choose which day I wanted it delivered on. I didn't get to see the cream tea, but I've had feedback from my mother in law telling me that they thoroughly enjoyed the lovely cream tea. I will definitely choose this as a gift again. Excellent price too!

I ordered 2 Devon cream teas for presents after receiving one myself last year. Both recipients were so pleased with their gift as it is a little different than standard flowers etc when you’re unwell or for a birthday. I was sent delivery times by the courier, one for the morning and one for the afternoon on the same day (approx 15 miles apart but same county). The first one arrived on time but the second one arrived 2 days later even though they were ordered at the same time. It was a shame because the one that arrived late was a birthday present. I don’t like to think of cream being unrefrigerated for so long - thank goodness it wasn’t warm weather.

Its worst than a disappointment! Should have arrived on 24th and when we phoned Devon Cream had it down as 25th with the excuse "oh yes we send it on 24th for receipt on 25th!!! Jam OK, Cream very nice (that's not hard) scones appalling. you touch them and they crumbled. Wont be buying from them again. On the other hand Cornish Cream tea excellent.

I ordered 3 hampers this week to be sent to 3 friends at different addresses who have all been ill recently with a note “hope this little surprise cheers you up” The hampers were tracked. I received notifications of expected time of deliveries. And the option for friends to change delivery time if it didnt suit them. One had an appointment to attend so re-arranged delivery for later same day. I have been contacted by all 3 friends to say they are delighted with their hamper. We all agreed the hamper was more useful than sending them a bunch of flowers. Hampers being shared with their partners and even their grown up children were wanting some of the fudge that was part of the hamper - well done everyone on helping me send some cheer during this cold January 👍👏
