Ordered a Devon Cream Tea hamper for a relative who couldn't make it down to Devon to visit us. Exceptionally speedy delivery and the recipient was thrilled with the parcel. The only issue was that the 'instructions' included on how to assemble were Cornish not Devonian. It's cream - not jam - on first in Devon!!! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Turns out that the parent company is based in Redruth, so I guess that might explain things...

Devon Cream Teas is an excellent company to use for delicious treats for family and friends. I’ve used them a few times now to send hampers for birthday & Easter gifts. The hampers have always arrived on time and have been devoured by their recipients! Therefore I would highly recommend and order from them again.

I have sent quite a few cream tea hampers to friends and family for Birthdays, Anniversaries and Thank you’s, and everyone has been delighted with them when they arrive on their doorstep. I have tried one myself and the scones are superb with different variations of accessories added to the cream teas, they really are a fantastic surprise to send to people and I will continue to send them in the future!

Fantastic! I ordered a cream tea hamper for my parents on Friday at 3pm and it arrived over 200 miles away the next day before 11am! They said it was delicious and a real treat.

I used to use a similar company but after having a few issues with them a year ago I thought I would give Devon Cream Teas a try and was I pleased that I did. The hampers are great value for money and both myself and other people I have gifted them too have thoroughly enjoyed the contents every time. There was a slight delay with this last purchase but that was down to the courier which was beyond control of DCT, however when I contacted them about it their customer service was impeccable. I know there are a few companies that offer similar service but this is definitely the one to go too.

Hamper delivered OK. The only issue I had was with the scones. We used a sharp knife to cut them in half but 3 out of the 4 scones just broke apart making it impossible to add the cream and jam evenly.

Bought for my aunties birthday, however I realised I had entered the wrong post code and quickly emailed customer service. They were very prompt with replying and amending this for me.
