I accidentally made an error in ordering and found that I'd ordered one of these for my friend and one for myself. As such I paid twice. However on contacting Devon Cream teas, I was delighted that they immediately cancelled the order to myself and refunded me. Fantastic customer service..thank you!

Absolutely brilliant cream tea. I bought it for 2 but 4 turned up and there was plenty for all of us. The scones were delicious as was the jam, clotted cream and tea. The fudge hasn’t been started yet but that treat is still to come! 😃

Firstly, the value and quantity of the Cream Tea was excellent compared to the rivals over the Tamar. I was kept up to date with news of my order and when it was dispatched. Using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked meant it was delivered exactly as that, next day delivery. My Mother was delighted with her gift with her living in Surrey so having an authentic Cream Tea in her garden today was perfect.

Ordered next day delivery for 10th Wedding Anniversary and what a fantastic experience. Ordering process was easy. Tracking was very clear and updated frequently. Came next morning, less then 24hrs later and was delicious! Thank you very much. Will order again.

For the second time this year the present of a Devon Cream tea has not arrived. It is quite embarrassing to phone your adult Son just to see if it has been delivered and to be greeted with comments to the effect that he doesn't know why I am asking. It was supposed to be a surprise. Now I will have to contact the team at Devon Cream Teas website to complain yet again next Tuesday morning. What brilliant service from start to finish. Informative and easy to use website. Great prices and true to life pictures of the items available. I placed an order on Thursday pm for delivery that Saturday. Arrived exactly when promised. Gift for a friend (who incidentally came back from Devon on the Friday, which I did not know). She was very pleased, drank the prosecco as soon as it arrived :-) and enjoyed the scones next day on her birthday, they went down a treat. Ordered a cream tea for 4 on the Friday and it arrived Saturday morning. Purchased for my kids as a lunchtime treat and it went down beautifully, it was scrumptious. We all enjoyed it and will definitely order again!
