This particular conference is the most exciting from a business perspective as a NJT travel agent that I have ever attended. Brilliant week training. At the start, with no experience of the travel industry, I was worried and felt that a week wouldnt be enough to start selling. The week was well designed to give us all a great starting point and the confidence and courage to be able to make a sale. There is obviously a lot more to learn but i feel the support available will help me gain knowledge and that will build success.

We have not long completed our training to become personal travel consultants and we were both extremely impressed by the training provided during the induction week. It gave us so much inspiration and motivation to get started and we are delighted to have joined the company.

I have been a travel consultant for just over 2 years with The Travel Franchise. Wow, what a two years it has been! I have to say it's no easy task starting your own business. Returned from this educational immersive experience with Not Just Travel to Mauritius, hosted by Beachcomber 3 weeks ago and still buzzing!! Not only was this the most incredibly beautiful destination, but the whole week was showcased by the amazing accommodations, food and service organised by the Team at Not Just Travel and Beachcomber. Coupled with world class resorts, companions and leaders in the industry this will serve as a launching pad to the next level in our business. I've recently returned from the business trip of a lifetime which was the Elite Experience trip to Mauritius. It was absolutely fabulous, we stayed in three of Beachcomber's beautiful hotels and toured the others as well as being treated to some amazing unexpected surprises and incredible food and service. We also had seminars with Paul and some of the HO team and benefitted from their expertise and advice on how to grow our businesses. Earlier in the year I went on the Millionaires Retreat to Fuerteventura which was also an excellent trip with lots of interesting content and I'm now looking forward to a Seminar at Sea.

I have recently returned from one of the Elite Experience trips in Mauritius that was included as part of our franchise package. My husband initially joined back in November 2018, and then I did my training in March 2020 (just as covid hit and we went into lockdown). Neither of us came from a travel background, but we have been supported continuously through our time with Not Just Travel. What started as a part-time side hustle became a full-time business when I left my previous career in teaching in December 2022. All of the training and support given from the Business Development Managers has been amazing, targeting the areas we needed to work on. I know that I've got a team behind us to keep supporting us as we continue to grow our business.

Having been a member of The Travel Franchise and now a Not Just Travel Consultant since 2015 I can only say how supported I have been through out my time with the Franchise. From the early days with training and the assigned to a mentor to help now, via a Business Development Manager, its non stop assistance and support. Finally, with the Cruise Division and this weeks Seminar at Sea this has really has shown how the Franchise goes over and above to look after and support each of its family members. I highly recommend this to anyone.

I bought my Franchise Nov 2019 and we all know what happened in 2020 . So in 2 years no travel happened .We could have given up but the support received from Steve and Paul and the corporate team almost on a daily basis was fantastic We couldn’t sell holidays but we had training and the support didn’t stop . They believed in the Brand and so continued to Invest . It helped with gaining knowledge and so fast forward to 2024 where I have just come off the Sky Princess to attend our Seminar at Sea . This was my 3 rd Training Cruise and each one gets better . It shows that Not Just Travel invest for us to have to best relationships with our Key Partners such as Princess Virgin, NCL and also land based Partners It helps us to Immerse ourselves in the product for ourselves . Onboard we met Eamon Homes OBE who is our new Spokesman for our brand who inspired us with his stories of if you want something then you have to go for it . I have been part of the Cruise Mastery Programme for the last 18 months. I have been on 3 cruises with the team and have learnt so much. Being part of cruise mastery has given me the knowledge and confidence to sell cruise. Selling cruises can seem confusing but after the training you will be ready to take the cruise world by storm.

I've just returned home from Seminar at Sea III. A 5-day trip aboard Sky Princess to Norway and Denmark. The Seminars at Sea are a great way to experience not only the brand, but to get to know the NJT team better. To have focused training sessions from the dedicated team from NJT Head Office, where their passion and enthusiasm to share their knowledge makes a huge impression to encourage you to do well.

Wow......just returned from a 5 night cruise on the Sky Princess for the Seminar at Sea, and what an incredible experience. Lots of great content was shared by the most inspiring people. The combination of training, meet ups, and free time to explore and experience everything the wonderful ship has to offer, was spot on!

I've just returned from a 5 night cruise onboard Sky Princess for my first taste of Seminar at Sea. The price of the cruise itself was heavily discounted (a perk of being in the cruise division) and the experience was invaluable! The hard work of the NJT team was evident in the fantastic seminar sessions that were run onboard. It provided a high quality opportunity to learn and get inspiration from fellow travel consultants. The trip was a perfect blend of work and play! An amazing concept and I cannot wait for the next one!!
