Completed the training week ending 25th March. Thanks to Ben/Emma/Dave and team, its intense and a lot of knowledge to take in, as any introduction to a new industry would be. Struggled with some fundamentals at the beginning, but was given the support i needed to get on with the process with some one on one time tutoring, which was simple to request and book. Am looking forward to booking my first holiday.

We have both completed our Induction Training and whilst we are fit to explode...feel super charged and excited about putting all that training into action. The breadth and depth of what we covered in one week was impressive and the most comforting thing of all was that the core team of Dave, Ben, Emma and Duncan were so welcoming and supportive - clearly indicating that their support will continue as we progress on our journey. As they kept emphasising...they only grow if we grow!

After watching the very informative 13 step presentation it became very clear that there are great opportunities for any adult from any working background. Whether you are employed or self employed there is a great opportunity for anyone to change their life. It doesn't matter whether you want full or part time this franchise suits whatever you want because with a fully structured support and mentoring system there is always someone there to guide you.

Steve & I have just completed our full week of training! What an experience it was. Absolutely Amazing. Detailed itinerary was given ahead of the start date which 100% covered all elements. We have just finished our induction week and have a fantastic experience .The whole process from our initial enquiry to now has been so professional and the training this week has been both informative, comprehensive and inspirational .Dave, Emma and Ben have led the training and delivered it alongside specialists from NJT departments and have 'over delivered' in terms of our expectations and no question has ever been too much for them they have been both supportive and positive .Some great customer service ideas from Dave and delivering this great experience for our customers.

There is a massive amount of information to take onboard. giving insight into the systems used, as well as tips for selling your business to customers. I wish I had started this a few years ago. Just finished my training with the travel franchise and I am pleasantly surprised at how brilliant the training was, considering it was al virtual. Engaging and informative, lots of different instructors - it was excellent. If you had asked me whether I thought I could become a travel consultant so quickly, I'd have said no, but here I am!

I joined The Travel Franchise at the end of February 2020 - a couple of weeks before lockdown. It was a really difficult and stressful few months initially but the company were there to support me and give me guidance and training to build up my business - even during that awful and uncertain time. I have a fantastic Partnership Manager who helps, supports and advises me on the best way to grow my business and his expertise has been invaluable. Joined the Travel Franchise in February 2020. A month before the first UK lockdown due to the Global Pandemic. Timing is everything!! However as we navigated those difficult first 12 months the company were there to support us. As our business grows, we work hand in hand with a Partnership Manager who is there to help, support and drive us forward. The experience we have available to us is superb.

A week of training remotely was somewhat daunting as I was worried it would be difficult to engage, however this was really well planned and run. The presenters had thought through scenarios and gave useful practical advice, with a variety of people throughout the week to break it up.
