Had an amazing time on the Millionaire’s Retreat in Cyprus - learnt so much

Perhaps one of the best training courses I have ever attended. The attention to detail and the care provided could not be more evident. Dave and Aaron are brilliant mentors to help understand the Travel business in great detail. Through the period of the course - we had about 10 different Business Heads, Trade Partners and Consultants, covering numerous aspects of the business. On the last day of our training, we were introduced to about 20 people from the Corporate Management team and you can really put a name to the face and know we have complete support every step of the journey. Thank you very much Travel Franchise and the entire team. I look forward to building a long and fruitful relationship with you in the years to come.

The training I received for my franchise package was very well thought out and I am excited about my future and reassured by the level of support they did and will give me. It's daunting to change your profession as you get older, I think, everyone was lovely and I was reassured to find that there were people from a range of backgrounds and age groups. I think Not Just Travel has opened my eyes to a world outside the NHS, and I look forward to working with Aaron, Nicky and the team, to further my business opportunities and achieve a better work/life balance.

Have just been through the induction training with NJT, great structure, superb content from people with years of experience, and whilst there is a huge amount of information it doesn't overwhelm and leaves you feeling confident about the incredible journey ahead.

I have loved my week of training with a great bunch of people. So much to take it but everyone has been so helpful and supportive I feel confident going into this new business venture that I can succeed knowing that I have an amazing team to help me when I am a little stuck! I don't doubt for a minute that I won't be giving the team a call on a regular basis but they are so happy for me to do so. The training I have received in this last week in order to get my business off to an amazing start has been outstanding. All of the trainers have been extremely friendly, helpful and very welcoming. They’ve gone above and beyond in sharing their experiences and made me feel very positive that my business is going to be a great success. To know that I have the Partnership Managers on hand for ongoing support is very reassuring and will be a great asset. I'm looking forward to working with each of them throughout the various stages of my business and generating some great connections within the industry. I recently went on the Elite Experience in Mauritius. It was excellent. Beachcomber, our hosts, went above & beyond, to ensure we had a great time but more importantly we learnt as much as we could about their offering. We also spent time in the classroom, learning how to move our businesses forward & getting excellent tips for customer retention. Another important benefit was to spend time with other TC’s and share our own personal experiences. Steve & Paul went out of their way to make sure we mixed as much as possible and were always on hand to answer any questions. We were able to have 121’s with Steve. I came away feeling very much part of the NJT family and more importantly, equipped to take my business to the next level - thank you NJT!

I am a Franchise holder and I joined the business pre-pandemic and yes it has been a tough time. But Steve and Paul and the team have supported us and invested in us. A number of us were take Mauritius for a training week with some fantastic inputs but also some experiences that will last a lifetime. I think the support and advice is priceless and a really good reason to join on it's own

I had a brilliant week with Dave and Emma for our induction training last week (mid-April 2022). There's a lot to take it but there's buckets of support (and encouragement) and I left feeling confident that I was ready to launch! The Travel Franchise delivered an outstanding training programme. Emma and Dave kept us motivated and with plenty of breaks, all whilst being conducted remotely. Members of the HQ team stepped in every so often to do a presentation and so we could start to familiarise ourselves with them. Overall, I'm really pleased I joined as a franchisee and can't wait to officially get launched tomorrow!

Completed training on 22nd April. New to the travel industry, there was a lot of information packed into a short amount of time, but communicated in a great way. Easy to digest with a lot of useful tips. Our trainers were friendly and approachable and give you confidence to achieve your expectations. Thanks guys!

I recently did my training in March and the team at Not Just Travel (The Travel Franchise) couldn't have been more supportive or informative if they'd tried. Granted its a lot to take it but, if it wasn't you'd be asking questions? But, the team do their upmost to help everyone and they really do give you all the tools you need to go forward.
