Everyone was great. The week went past really quickly and there was a lot to take in with no prior knowledge in the industry. Now is the real test to see if it pays off!

Extremely knowledgeable training staff and easy to follow processes and systems. The rest is down to me, so we'll see how it goes.

I’m just about to complete training for Not Just Travel. The experience has been really informative, lighthearted in places and very well structured. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get into a franchise business that is not just affordable in comparison to many others but also offering the best experiences one can to a client base. I’ve also met and spoken to both cofounders of the business. It’s not often you get that in my experience, I truly wonderful start.

Great training, I felt that online was a greta option due to travel. I enjoyed the training and as an educator I felt that it was informative.

On my last day of training. Scared but excited too. I feel like I will definitely be well supported. The training is very well presented by all the trainers.

Really great training by NJT help you feel more confident in your new venture, knowing you have a really knowledgeable team behind you once your training is completed. Not just left to your own devices with no one to turn too if you need help. I personally prefer physical training rather than it being online over video meeting platforms but it still works in this scenario. The only criticism I would have is that not all potential costs of the business are transparent before buying into the franchise, I fully understand that there is too much info behind some of these potential costs to give it all out before hand. Please don't let this put you off I'm sure someone will be happy to explain more if you call. Examples of this are credit card fees would come out of your commission and if you wanted to escalate a complaint that you could no longer deal with NJT ask for a £250 admin fee.

For me the continued training and support received is what makes it stand apart from the rest. I have been with the company for 2 years and have just returned from the Elite Retreat in Jamaica with 30 other amazing Travel Consultants. It was an incredible week crammed full of business development sessions, further training, the opportunity to have 1-2-1s with the management team and time to get to know some our suppliers in a (very tropical) face to face situation! Also plenty of time to explore the hotel, the island and get a real destination experience to share with my customers. What an amazing week with my NJT family!

Great training by NJT. Everyone was so lovely, felt like a big family. Lots of information to put into practice but also plenty of support to run alongside, you are allocated a personal BDM on completion. I would have enjoyed it even more face-to-face but understand the cost implications for people and new ways of working. Looking forward to the journey I've just embarked on!
