United Kingdom | 04 February 2025Having been a customer since before the pandemic I’m disappointed to have to say that after my most recent experience I will never get anywhere near this company again. I paid a deposit onboard my recent cruise which guaranteed the best price and additional room credit but these cowboys refuse to honour it and just wipe the whole thing away. They take ages to answer the phone if you are enquiring about a cruise you have already booked. If you want to book a new cruise you get an almost immediate response. The deposits are inordinately high. Try one of the other companies or stay with ROL and get a “Loyalty Discount” of £6 off on a holiday costing £10k !. Absolute cowboy outfit, I’ll never be stupid enough to use them again. AFTER this review I have a response to my query. Shame that you have to give a negative response before you get anyone to actually take you seriously. My cost was reduced on one holiday booking and they have now accepted the on board credit and deposit I paid for but only because of this review and not the extremely poor and indifferent customer services who just dismissed my query. I’m still planning on never using them again after this experience.

Your prices are extremely competitive l wish all your free gifts with booking were not just alcohol as l am allergic to it. It would be nice to have a choice.

The representative (Ellis) did them all and was polite and efficient in doing so. I would continue to use ROL and would definitely recommend them to others.

They take time to answer any questions you may have eing careful to give you factual facts, and not what they think you might want to hear to sell you a holiday. I've disabilities and they make sure that what I am booking is suitable for my needs. The staff are all ways very helpful and respectful. Highly recommend this firm.
