Apparently had we seen that the small print asks you to read some separate on line terms and conditions (and not included in the promotion advert) then we would have seen that the 50% in the promotion did not apply to your holiday but only a part of it. As long term customers of this company where we rely on best practice, our confidence has been extremely dented by this episode.
