The member of staff - Rachel - was soooo helpfull. She checked everything, went into great detail about the whole cruise ethos an assured me that we would be OK with my small walker as she checked the 1 - 2 - 1 staff ratio for help. When I rang back the next to ask one small question she was just as help. She must be a much valued member of staff.
