Our car was returned before the estimated date for completion. It was repaired, cleaned and looked amazing. the car was collected and delivered back to Enterprise from where we had our hire car. The whole process was easy and stress free and I was kept updated at all times. I couldn't fault the service or attitude of the staff who were friendly and efficient.

I visited KC Autos Bredbury to ask for a quote for repairs for a small scratch on mycar. They had a look, gave me a rough figure, and said they would send over a quote over. Three phonecalls later and I still haven't received the quote, despite them even claiming to have sent it at one point and promising they would send it again. If they didn't want to do the work I would have preferred they said so instead of wasting my time.
