The staff are friendly and helpful and happy .

They don’t have the tartan available despite it being advertised on the site, so they can’t meet the 8 week production time that the site advertises (or the express 5-6 weeks that I paid for).

I had requested item to be made shorter as I am only 5’2” the sash actually when on comes down just past my knees (far too long)

I gave it as a gift to my daughter who liked the ornament that was in the gift box, also included a book from the ScotlandShop so she can pick out her next gift (birthday, Valentine, Holiday gifts) it traveled to the States via mail, and without a long wait considering the distance.
