The first order was incorrect and had to be returned. The second order took weeks to arrive and the quality was very poor.

I paid 200 for a sweater. It can in the wrong size. When I went to replace it they said it was not available. The web site said it was. This went on for 1 and 1/2 weeks. I asked for a refund. Was told no the first time the after all this I asked to get a refund again all I got back was about 170.00. They refused to give me back the rest.

One item in the order made up using incorrect tartan even though all items were requested in the same tartan. Customer service was very poor regarding a replacement. Gave differing information to what is on the website which suggests they are knowingly charging customers extra for a service that doesn't exist.
