The ribbons I ordered came in time fir a family reunion.

I ordered specific tartan bow ties. The ordering process was simple and they arrived within the delivery time. The quality is exceptional. Would definitely used the Scotland Shop again.

The items I ordered were to be for a funeral and I had procrastinated my order. Extra care was given to make sure I had the items in time and potentially to be shipped to a different location based on what the expected shipping date may have been. I was given updates on every step of the process as well the option to change the address at the last minute if need be. I appreciated that flexibility, the sensitivity of the issue and the timeliness of production. These items are beautifully made and arrived a tad ahead of schedule.
