The product is excellent but the delivery time took one month from the order date. I was having the scarves personalised so that does add extra time but after 3 weeks I got worried that my order had been forgotten. I was told that one was ready but the other was still in the sewing shop. Great product but order early if a gift for someone as may not arrive in time.

We came to yr shop on the 29th of May and purchased one rugby shirt. Upon payment, our Youtrip card was declined and we used another credit card to pake our payment. However, later we discovered that our Youtrip card did make that payment and the status was “PENDING”. We went back to ur shop and clarify with ur salesperson. She told us not to worry as the payment will be reversed back to us in no time. To our horror, on the 31st of May, we found out hat the payment went through and we called ur shop to clarify yet again. A salesperson, Dhruv, said that the payment will be refunded within 5-7 days. It has been 7 days and payment of GDP33.29 has not be refunded back to our card. We called on the 5th of May and spoke to Madankumar and he informed us that the manager is not around and asked us to call back the next day. We are going back to our home country and we home to settle this dispute soon. No one seems to be able to help. We are actually paying twice for 1 item which is not fair on our part. Can someone pls do something?!
