Beautiful workmanship on a bespoke tartan hat

The pillow covers I ordered were exactly as described, and exactly what I wanted. My dad was a piper, and I wanted a small momento for my siblings' and my homes. Outstanding quality of workmanship. The communication from the company was thorough and "spot on," as well.

BRILIANT! The ease in ordering tartans not carried was wonderful. I'd reached out to other shops who just didn't want to know! As we are in Texas, I was a bit concerned about the timeline, however, the ordered tartans arrived as promised, in excellent condition and are beautiful. I will be ordering additional tartans in September and have every confidence all will go as smoothly. Would also like to note, that the customer care I received was outstanding....(I was not brushed off as "another American who wants to be Scottish", while in fact I am 100% Scottish, hailing from Ayr; as has been the case with a competitor of yours.) Ordered but informed straight away that out of stock but should arrive in about a week and asked if we still wanted to go ahead with order. When it arrived it was excellent quality.
