Still not received order after 6 weeks. Bit disappointed to be honest and not good service at all.

They were very good at finding the correct tartan for me and then it all arrived on time they were very efficient I wrote to them and said thank you.

The service of Scotland Shop was professional, helpful and timely. The website images of the tartan I was after were accurate. I bought 3 scarves and everything about them was fine, except for the thickness of the material. I was expecting a warmer, thicker wool scarf ideal for cooler months of the year (which was what I wanted). Instead, I received lightweight scarves. Considering the cost of the products, I was a bit disappointed.

I recently ordered swatches of the Johnstone clan tartans. It’s hard to understand just how lovely these tartans are until you hold the fabric in your hands and see it in different kinds of light, I had a bit of trouble ordering online (shipping should be free for swatches) but all was resolved quickly once I contacted customer service. Now I just have to decide which of the tartans to have made into a dress!
