The ease of purchase

I bought travel insurance from Tugo- 2 million with zero deductible. I never received a receipt or acknowledgement that I paid. It is hard to contact them I sent an email to customer service asking if they could re-send it. no word back yet. I thought it was a problem in my inbox so I will be patient. I just need proof that I paid and that I am covered.

Passed none of my information on to the bank. Literally did nothing other than set up one meeting with a bank. Waste of my time and provided zero help with my mortgage.

Actual quote for travel insurance was exactly TWICE the amount quoted on rates.ca. This makes this service a waste of time. I regret giving them all the info required in order to get travel insurance. I feel my privacy's been violated as my information passed through rates.ca and then to an insurer under a false quote. Last time I purchased travel insurance directly through a reputable insurer - no phone calls or phone transfers. I'll do that again.
