I'm considered a high risk driver I was quoted 3 times less then any other insurance company (I swear I called every broker I could find). Got a good quote from ratesdotca online so decided to proceed when I actually talked to the lady at the insurance place she found me an even better deal and I'll be paying close to what any other person pays for full coverage on a brand new car! So happy to turn this new leaf!!!! I hung up the phone crying happy tears! Thank you so much for this service.

I did not receive credit card bonus. I applied and was approved for two different credit cards with rates.ca. no support from customer service. I never received my $100 cash bonus. I could not access the interact e-transfer because I was never provided an e-transfer password. No support.

No pressure into any of the free quotes they offer. Customer service care seemed to be Custome by my needs. Super friendly didn't mind explaining things that I didn't understand and was very patient. Only thing I would say was close to negative but wasn't for me, the call was within minutes of filling out the online form I didn't get to review much on my own but having the call quick and while I was looking truly helped me.

The moment you talk to a broker the rate changes Is amazing how for same information different people give you different cote within the same company I am not sure if gender makes a difference and how agents are paid

Everything was good. Though the broker who spoke to me was a bit aggressive. We are customers and we are paying to get a service. We are not to be treated with suspicion. My insurance new term starts in October first week. Obviously he was not happy to hear that. Tone was a bit aggressive.

painful process. all you guys want to do id refer caa. forget caa. they dont want to give new business rates when we are existing clients. i try to shop rates dot ca and all you guys do is push caa. scoop ins wont even help. im not renewing with caa now so need a new insurance company
