They explained all available options very well and found me a great price, which was far below my current company's renewal price. Had a good conversation with the agent and said that they would send a quote. Received a quote for home and auto insurance. Was assured that there would be a policy sent over for me to sign, however, I never received one. I called RATESCA and they put me back in touch with the agent who managed to save me even more. It takes a bit of time but in the long run there's a bunch to be saved.

Worst customer service. You get a quote but they can’t find or find the correct department/ broker. Total waste of time. Get yourself a quote directly from the underwriter or issuer.

Found us a very reasonable quote. Going with the provider they found for us.

Some tips: The info you enter exactly the way it is will generate a false quote to get you in. When you get their call, the price will much higher guaranteed eventhough nothing has changed from data entry to the call. Your data is shared allover the web and not just with brokers. Immediately after received many calls from different brokerages/agents and other spam. Avoid using acurate info but very close to, when using the service to compare, then call the brokerage directly to avoid mishandling of your privacy. My info was not safe clearly. Lastly, shop around with other brokerages as well since websites like rates.ca and lowestrates.ca work with specific businesses such as Scoop etc. and have their own interests in mind and not yours. Also, dont forget to uncheck combined home+auto if u dont have home insurance when getting a quote, it is automatically checked by default to give you a false sense of a good rate.
