It's surprising that it is now easier to apply for quote in car insurance unlike before. It is very convenient and helpful that you can to a sales agent reviewing the info required and get the quote immediately. Also the rate is affordable or low compared with other companies as long you know what you need to cover or help with unforeseen circumstances and understand the contract you're signing. With my personal experience with the agent I spoke with it's easy to deal with and answered my questions and some info that don't understand. I am happy what I got and the results of going online with Ratedotco.

I Spoke to David and he was very rude by the way he was speaking to me, and this guy made me feel uncomfortable the way he was accusing me of fraud just because I own 2 cars, and threatening that I would get charged. He was basically calling me a liar and to cover up for somebody. This is by far the worst customer service experienced I have ever encountered.
