The online portion was easy, the phone call afterward was long at 1h 17m, and the quote for home insurance was several hundred dollars higher than the online quote. I asked for explanation but the answer was “this is the best price I could offer “. Not very helpful.

Website failed twice when prompted for the next page. Once to get the quotes and once to finalize the transaction. You can do better than this.
