Gina was terrific, and provided multiple quotes that were less by a significant amount than multiple other quotes from our current broker and competitors. Response with my request very fast. But the mortgage rate is not accurate when a real agent provide me the rate. Good rate but not best rate now.

Aweful support. I spent 20 minutes to fill out the info to get a quote. Then I called the Scoop Insurance for further details. The agent told me I have create another quote with him because the website quote is generic!

I didn't like how someone is phoning you, as soon as you enter your phone number on the website. What's the point in having your website generate a list of quotes, if someone's going to call you even before the websites generated the list. As soon as your telephone number is captured, they're calling. If I wanted to talk to someone, I would have called. They're no more helpful than the website anyway.

They had no i formation, they asked me questions that had NO bearing on insurance. Just a very bad and unsettling experience. Get your crap together !!

Someone called me and talked to me for 30 minutes on tuesday saying they'll get back to me the next day. its now friday and they haven't followed up with me, no email, no phone call, nothing. waste of time

quoted $861. (more than once) asked for a call back the next morning. they called that nite instead and I was meeting up with friends. On hold for over 15minutes to get put to CAA. Had to hang up. They called the next morning..and lo and behold the quote was not 1188 (more than my renewal) typical bait-n-switch. stay away
