I spent over $725 for Timeshares Only to sell my property. Ralph called me once only to offer me a rental agreement. I have not heard from anyone else. Sounds like this is more of a scam to get your upfront fee. I looked up my add and it is a terrible representation of what the condo looks like. I highly doubt this company will do anything other post a terrible picture.
