Where do i start. From the beginning, Vivian was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process was so simple and easy. I expected a totally different experience. But Timeshares Only has been very thorough and professional. I am recommending them to everyone I know that is trying to sell. It has been a very pleasant experience and now, I expect the sell to go as smooth.

Initially we were excited about how easy it was to get it set up to sell and be done with it. Boy did we get scammed out of $800. Three months went by and not a peep from this company. Then all of sudden we get a call from a different department in the company saying they step in once 90 days go by and it hasn't sold. Hmmm... well that sounds fishy. Also said they make commission money when people "rent" our timeshare. They get 30% commission and they want us to start renting it out. I have had numerous calls/emails about renting it in the past month. Unbelievable.. Umm, what do they not understand?? We paid them $800 to advertise to sell it so that we can STOP making payments and get on with our lives. We have NO interest in "booking it" for people to rent it just so this company who is cohoots with our timeshare company can make even more money off us poor suckers. WHAT A SCAM!!! I could repeat this all day to everyone who is even bothering to look at their website. DON'T DO IT! You will definitely be throwing away $800 for them to "advertise and sell" your timeshare.

I rated Timeshares Only as 4 out of 5. I don't have anything negative to say, but I am at the front end of my involvement with the company. It is hard to give a 5 if you haven't seen how your relationship plays out. I will say that my initial interactions with the company have been timely, and respectful, and there has been no attempt to do a hard sell for other products. I'm working with Chris Richards who has been exceedingly helpful.

I finally found someone who will help me try to sell. MY husband is long deceased and I am 84. If need be i will give it away, I no longer can use it and my kids are not interested.
