I signed up for this on 11-27-24 as of today there is no add on the website to sale my timeshare. No one has reached out to me for the documents either. Be aware

I spoke with Vivian on 12/11/2024 she was very helpful and walked me through everything. Also spoke with her Friday 12/12/2024. Definitely a plus for your company. Then 12/17/2024 spoke with Fabi, she was also very pleasant and helpful. Until this time, no one was helpful! I made numerous phone calls.

We were treated with respect when asking for information and how we could proceed in listing our WorldMark the Club credits for sale. However, the add for sale listing for $ 12.000 was not realistic with other listings on eBay. So, we decided to list with another broker, after contacting the Worldmark legal offices.

Melissa was patient walking me through the contract process and helpful to me with editing the ad. We had to rescind our contract because our children changed their mind about keeping our timeshare. Malissa was gracious and understanding when I rescinded. Assuming the company refunds our payment according to the contract terms, I would definite recommend this company.

Vivian G is easy to work with and offers excellent suggestions. She's been to a few rodeos and helped me navigate my first one!

I listed my timeshare in January 2008!! I dropped the price after 1 year. No rentals, no sale. I requested my money back after almost 17 years and was told they are listing it as they said they would. How do you claim to be a resale company, when clearly that is not the case for my unit?? You did not sell or rent in all that time. I at least should get my money back as your service is not effective.

My experience with Timeshares Only is preliminary in that I've only just listed and nothing has been finalized. The person I worked with, Vivian, was most helpful and caring about my initial needs and concerns. My hope is the final product is as pleasant as my experience so far.
