The salespeople and customer service took care of my concerns and work with me to make sure I got the information I wanted. They gave me time to correct and resend into them. They were friendly and understand it and I appreciate that very much.

The lady I spoke with was very nice, answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. After getting all of the details from her I told her I would need to follow up with my spouse and she was completely encouraging of this. When I called back I spoke to her again directly. The overall process went very smooth and quick.

Joy was just so prompt and courteous regarding the many questions posed to her. It was a pleasure speaking with her and listing our property to be sold.

My experience has not been great. Not even the least bit satisfactory. Sent my money months ago but unit still not sold. Not even an offer. I did call to see why and didn’t get a satisfactory response.

The staff made listing my timeshare a simple process. I am optimistic that it sells quickly.
