I sent a question request to Timeshares Only & received a response from Vivian within 48 hours. She walked me through the process of selling our points & advised me what we might expect & approx. time line. My wife & I discussed our options & decided to proceed with the sale of our points. Within 3 days we received a copy of the listing add for our signature.

The whole experience has been difficult for us. TimesharesOnly gave us the way out of annual maintenance fees, membership fees, booking fees late fees and other extra bills they could send us. And offered to list our unit where it may sell. Other companies wanted thousands of dollars to end the madness. Our experience brought relief and hope that a portion of our investment can be returned.

I went into this very skeptical as I had paid $500 to a different firm to try to sell my time share. I expressed this concern stating I gave them money and never heard from them again. I gave Timeshares only $500 and listed my time share at half price of what I was told other were listing theirs for and I have never heard a word from anyone! A great way to lose $500!
