I listed my property in St Maarten with Timeshares Only back in August. Paid the fee & assisted in the verbiage for the ad and thought that was it. Well, I was selling 2 weeks, week 43 & 44 as one combined sale. When I looked at the listing, it had split out the weeks and had the sale price for the 2 weeks assigned to each week. No one would buy a week for a price for two weeks. Numerous calls to my contact at Timeshares Only could not get the listing corrected and her promise to have Supervision call me never materialized.

We were approache by a company from Atlanta, who said they had a buyer for our timeshare. Got details and did my due diligence. Everything looked good, and the first conversation, they asked for $5800.00. Ok, I am on alert. I told them before I even consider their offer, I wanted all the costs upfront. They wanted even more money, and I asked if they are considering me as the buyer. It sure seemed like it. I bowed out, but still get calls every day from them. Along comes Joy and she was refreshing to talk to and explained your service and answered all my questions. Thank you We immediately listed with Timeshares Only.

The representative answered the phone was very courteous and professional.

We have contemplated selling our timeshare for the last year and were hesitant because of all the bad publicity in selling timeshares. We were very anxious!! However, our belief is that any real estate purchase should have options to sell. First, we called Massanutten to find that they did not have a buy back program. They did refer us to ARDA and your company was the first option that popped up. We contacted your company and heard back from an agent within four hours. The agent that helped us was Chris Richard. He was extremely helpful, a great listener, very knowledgeable, polite, and explained each step of the process thoroughly. We felt like we were finally on the right track!!!! Thank you so much!!

My experience with Vivian was a good one. She was a 5 star experience. My problem is asking for a review when I have just started with Horizon. The comment on one form said they would be calling for friends and family information. Really? I expected the company would help sell property not my family. I could ask them myself. I am hoping to turn this experience into into a 5 star and the sale of my Timeshare. Right now I have more questions then answers.

Just started the sale, fingers crossed it goes quickly

I have discussed disposing of my Timeshare with others who no longer have their timeshares. They suggested calling the timeshare and asking for their suggestion. I called Orange Lake and after a few transfers, they recommended Timeshares Only as a reputable company that could help. I found Timeshares Only easy to deal with and signed on with them.
