J’ai commandé les fusées Prêt a Racket Torche extérieure d'ambiance, qui se recharge par l'énergie solaire, je les ai reçu 48h après les avoir commandés, j’ai consulté les avis sur ce site après les avoir commandés et franchement j étais pas rassuré mais tout c est très bien passé pour moi je recommande.

So, I was going through my emails about purchases I had made relating 'Tool Band' (I just typed in 'Tool' to my gmail search emails part) products/merchandise I had purchased (which was a LOT, as per receiving a small inheratence) back in 2017 (because a friend asked where I got a custom made women's tool hoodie and I couldn't quite remember which site I got it from).. (Anyways, I apologise in advance for the long story) but as I was going through all the different things I'd purchased back then I came across the email from "Fatboy Studios" pertaining to a TOOL throw blanket I'd purchased/paid for through them.. Well, it NEVER arrived. I've only just realised this now. (I know it might seem strange that I didn't realise all that time ago, but like I said, I'd ordered a LOT of band merchandise at that time, like, over 100 different things from different stores/sellers) and was inundated with emails about it all back then, I'd say being so overwhelmed as per there being so many and so much correspondence about it all at the time is how I missed it until now.. (i thought I'd possibly ordered a blanket back then, but when one never arrived, I figured I'd not gone through with the purchase or something).. Well, I was wrong. I obviously had gone through with it. Anyway, like I said, I never got the Tool blanket. It was $65 AUD I lost.

Adepte de la marque, j'ai acheté directement sur le site un Lamzac XL (3eme achat) .Quelle erreur. Le produit se dégonflant trop rapidement, je contacte le simili SAV. il use de toutes les grossières ficelles pour vous décourager de faire jouer la garantie, vous demande de jouer les cinéastes pour déclencher potentiellement l'échange plutôt que de recevoir et d'expertiser l'équipement (demande en août et toujours aucun échange). Une honte. Je déconseille fortement le site et la marque.

I have purchased bean bag and rock & roll chair . Before i could get both items , I had to pay import tax fees. I've returned both items, but waiting a month now for a refund and also import tax refund. Many chases, calls, emails etc ... Slightly speechless to see so many negative feedbacks - is the owner of the company aware what's going on ?

Ho acquistato un Pouff. Spedizione immediata, arrivato dopo 48 ore dall'ordine ma con un difetto (una striscia sulla superficie superiore). Richiedo il reso, gli mando diverse mail ma zero risposte. Mi ritrovo con il prodotto chiuso nel pacco. Ai limiti della truffa (ok spedire, ma se non mi garantisci il reso perchè mi arriva un prodotto difettoso siete poco raccomandabili). Totalmente da evitare (e peccato, il prodotto di per se non è male).

Colis reçu après un délai beaucoup plus long qu'annoncé sur le site Fatboy ! Le colis est totalement déchiré et ouvert et le produit totalement endommagé ! Aucun numéro pour contacter le service client ! Mail envoyé et toujours aucun retour à ce jour ! Une honte pour une telle marque ! INADMISSIBLE !

Ruim voor de Kerst twee kapjes voor de kleine Fatboy besteld. Liefst had ik deze via Bol.com besteld, maar daar kon ik geen beschikbare vinden en op de site van Fatboy wel. Géén kapjes. 5 mailtjes. Tweede week januari, ik kon kiezen tussen de kapjes of een creditnota. Kerst is voorbij dus graag creditnota plus storting. Tot heden niets ontvangen. Niet bereikbaar/niet aanspreekbaar. Bij een premium product verwacht ik correcte service, ook al gaat het over een kleine bestellling. (€40).

Zitzak van 150 euro besteld maar is nooit geleverd. Volgens de track & trace zou deze echter wèl geleverd zijn. Verschillende mails gestuurd om dit na te kijken, maar men antwoordt niet meer en biedt ook geen oplossing aan. Wij willen ofwel de bestelde zitzak, ofwel ons geld terug! Jammer van de verschrikkelijke service, want we zijn anders wel fan van de producten.

Bought a bean bag from Fatboy Netherlands and had no communication for 3 weeks. Due to lack of communication (I emailed them twice for an update) I decided to request a refund. 1 day later my order had miraculously been shipped. Having paid for my bean bag and shipping costs, I then get hit with a UPS bill for over £50 for unpaid import fees. I Haven’t heard a peep from Fatboy regarding a refund despite multiple attempts (email, Instagram, Facebook) or to process paying my shipping fees (that I’ve already paid for by the way!!!!) ....... absolute bunch of Cowboys - avoid at all costs!!!!!!! If you do really really need to get something Fatboy, find a UK dealer. Shocking shocking shocking!!!!!!!

Fatboy - more like Fatwallets!! Bought two Grand Edison Lamps, £1000 in total, and have bought further small lights as well. One of the large lamps has stopped working, and to date we have not been able to get hold of them via email, letter and they are not taking calls because of the pandemic?!! The UK are in full lockdown and manage to trade and deliver customer service succesfully. Im not letting this go - and would advice other buyers BEWARE!! Excuses are not part of customer service!!

Ordered a product from Fatboy over a month ago which has not arrived, tried to contact customer service numerous times but no reply. There is a message that they are not accepting phone calls due to Covid 19 which seems like an excuse, most other firms seems to be coping with the pandemic perfectly ok. I would avoid them at all cost!

Délais annoncés fantaisistes. Les délais réels sont à minima deux fois plus long. Quand on les interroge à ce sujet, ils répondent qu'ils sont au courant! Livraison gratuite annoncée sur le site, mais facturée quand même au moment de la commande... Pas correct!

I bought a service from this site. They told me the service would take 3-4 hours. The service would be starting at 1pm est. I was online Information ready to go, they told me that the team took another order over mine and i would have to wait. I had already paid. Then they proceeded to finally start, played for maybe an hour logged off and told me now it would take 3-4 days to finish. Obviously I wasnt happy. All i got was a bunch of excuses about why they spent my in game currency and then they decided to just refund me instead of completing the order they started hours late. Also compromising my account security. I would give this a negative review if possible. Do not purchase from this site, they are like used car salesmen, they will tell you what you want to hear in order to make a sale and then sell you a lemon.

Heb 5 jaar terug een Rockcoco 10.0 kroonluchter buitenlamp gekocht en hij doet het niet meer. Hij heeft 3 jaar buiten gehangen en is nu stuk. Na contact met de servicedienst via de mail kreeg ik steeds geen antwoord. Later kon ik bellen en kreeg het antwoord dat er geen service meer werd verleend op deze lamp en hem dus kon weggooien! een lamp van € 600,- na 3 jaar weggooien is toch wel de slechtste service die je niet verwacht van zo'n dure lamp!! Niet kopen dus is het advies of elke 3 jaar 600 euro besteden.

Le "Service client" s'il on peut appeler cela comme ça est pire qu'inefficace... il est absent... cela fait plus de 2 mois que j'attends une réponses suite au signalement d'un produit défectueux (2 mois après l'achat). Rebroussez chemin, cette marque n'en est pas une... ce sont des pro de l'arnaque !
