United Kingdom | 25 August 2020I ordered an outdoor light from Fatboy then realised I could get it from one of their UK suppliers more quickly and at less cost. I cancelled the order about half an hour after it was made. However Fatboy ignored my request and sent the product very speedily! I have since contacted them several times re returning the item (they offer free returns) including completing their online returns form yet I have heard nothing. As I paid through PayPal I am now contacting PayPal to seek assistance in the matter. This is a great shame as the product, though expensive, seems well made and fit for purpose! My advice is not to buy from Fatboy and like others I wish I had read the reviews first.

Netherlands | 21 August 2020Heb een reparatie setje besteld voor de zitzak. Heb een lapje ontvangen, geen lijm. Nergens staat wat voor lijm je moet gebruik. Heb gebeld, gemaild, geen enkele reactie. Wel reclamemail voor andere producten, Sorry geen reactie maar wel mails met reclame. Zeer slecht, ik zou het niemand aan bevelen.

Netherlands | 16 August 2020Ongehoord!! Ik heb zitzak besteld en ontvangen , maar kan deze niet terugsturen, telefonisch contact vanwege Corona niet mogelijk volgens antwoordapparaat !!!!! Al 2 keer een mail gestuurd, zonder dat daar op geantwoord wordt. Dit is gewoon schofterig gedrag en ik ga mij morgen in verbinding stellen met Consumentenbond en dit via een andere weg aankaarten, dit gedrag KAN niet!!!

I placed an order and was told I would get my item within 2 weeks (at the start of the summer so I could get plenty of use and enjoyment out of it). Instead it took more than 3.5 months and I have had no apology or goodwill gesture and cannot even get a reply. Really upset about the whole experience and wish I had purchased another brand.

Still trying to get in touch with someone from Fatboy: impossible. Only FAQ and no answers at all to any email. Telephone contact: impossible. It seems Fatboy does not exist. AP

Netherlands | 14 July 2020Ik wacht nu al 12 dagen op een lampje dat op 1 juli verzonden zou zijn maar waarvan het track&tracé nummer niet bestaat. Klantenservice nemen niet op vanwege de corona crisis (?) en op een mail krijg je alleen een geautomatiseerd antwoord dat ze hopen je binnen 15 dagen te beantwoorden. Zo heb ik het nog nooit meegemaakt.

France | 18 June 2020Wow wish I had come here and read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the Fatboy original petrol. The color of the fatboy I received looks nothing like the picture. I thought maybe they sent me the wrong one, but it doesn't look like any of the pictures on their website! I wrote them almost a week ago. No response. What a joke. These things are too expensive for such terrible customer service.

United Kingdom | 16 April 2020I ordered a fatboy hammock 16 days ago, after seeing an advert which guarantees 3-5 business days delivery. Although every other delivery company I have used since lockdown is delivering on time, of course, it is expected that some deliveries can be delayed by a day or two or three or four....I am still waiting 16 days after placing my order...14 working days. Fatboy say they can’t do anything to help, they know as much as I do about my delivery. I am absolutely shocked at their lack of ownership, considering they have £460 of my money and I have nothing! Be warned, they will take your money and wash their hands of any issues....I will never order anything from them again.

Netherlands | 08 April 2020Wat een slechte service van Fatboy! Frame roest en geeft lelijke vlekken. Fatboy lost dit niet op. Producten zijn duur maar service ho maar. Zou nooit meer een product van Fatboy aanschaffen.

Germany | 22 May 2018Its unbelievable. I ordered at 09.05.2018 two carpets for opening my business rooms. Delivery period iis- corresponding to the homepage - 2-4 days to Germany. Until now I wrote two Emails to Fatboy, but it came only an automatic constructed email back - "give us three days to answer- with relaxes regards". Until 14.5.2018 the delivery can be followed, but to date 22.05.2018 the status is until the same: I'm very disapointed about the abysmal customer service and the very bad communication.
