Very good app, easy to use. PMG is a great way to get back into Golf as I did last year at reasonable cost. Its great for those who can’t do commit to playing a lot of Golf. Probably wouldn’t have started if not for this !! Thanks

I’ve been relatively unimpressed since joining. It’s near impossible to get a tee-time on the day, the club doesn’t have any tee times after 4/5pm despite this being shown as the lowest points on the matrix; I suspect those times are being held for “actual” members. There was no indication of this being the case before completion of purchase. The app will sometimes not show any tee times, but then will if you scroll back through the days - it’s wildly inconsistent. Some clubs you can use flexi points with can’t even be booked through the app and you have to call the club, which feels like it defeats the object. I’ve only been with PMG for just over a week and I already know I won’t be renewing.

Serious conflict between available tee times showing on Playmore Golf tee time bookings and those showing on Strathmore Golf Centre my local club. So misleading and infuriating having to ring Strathmore for proper confirmation of available tee times. Unable to receive / make ant telephone contact with Playmore Golf and left just to send an email (messages are not delivered). Disappointing having just renewed early my membership to Playmore Golf and even more disappointing that just to gain extra points had to take advantage of the so called special offer before 1st April when basically the same offer for extra points is available if I had waited until my membership was officially due.

Fast easy and great value

started two weeks ago and so far so good. this works great for me as really busy with four kids and work nights don’t get time to make it worth paying £800-£1000 on a gimme membership. PMG app is good not had any problems and all the information i need is there. my home club were great with me when i went last week.

As always a quick and helpful response to my query - this time the reply came back on the same day I asked.

I’ve enjoyed the flexibility of being a PMG for the last few years. The ease of membership and booking is easy with the app. It would be great if you could arrange games with other PMG members in an easy manner. My only disappointment is towards the club which is Whittlebury Park. You feel like a second rate member which is a shame, I’ve only received a few emails from them through your the year. I’ve paid my EGU each year and provided a picture but never received anything, despite chasing. I think the club misses an opportunity by trying to encourage you to be a direct full member the following year. The points have also increased on the matrix, to the point that it works out cheaper to book certain tee times on GolfNow. I use PMG for tee times after 3pm generally as 9-12 points at other times is over the top.

We carried on again this year with our membership for play more golf this will be our 3rd year it's great having the flexi points we went away to Wales to play for three days played three rounds on three different courses it was a memorable time we our already planning a trip for this year

My local club was removed from Play More Golf and when my subscription expired I lost over 120 points which could not be transferred to another club. Would have been nice to be informed of this, company happy to take your money but not offer you good transparent customer service. Avoid go straight to your local club who need the support.

Being retired money is very important and with play more golf its at an affordable price, I've been a member a few years now and I'm very happy with the club I'm at (Hill Valley).joining play more golf has been perfect for me.
