Makes golf affordable and customer service is excellent

Both my wife and I are well into our eighties,and we both wish to continue to play golf.We decided to join Play More Golf,in doing so we came across Vincent Bartlett,we found him very understanding ,tolerant and helpful.

New to play more golf. Joined the Welcombe golf club just outside of Stratford Upon Avon. Well maintained and challenging course with club house and practice facilities. The play more golf app is simple to use and booking tees times if quick and efficient. Only real negative feedback is myself and another member who joined have heard nothing from the club itself.

Very easy to get around the website . Only thing missing is facility to cancel . In case you need to cancel after booking for any reason . Otherwise wonderful to deal with.

If it wasn't for Vince being so helpful I wouldn't be a member. Thanks for your help !

Simple, informative and wow what a course !

As a result of my previous review on Trustpilot in which I accorded Play More Golf one star for what I regarded as very poor treatment of my legitimate concerns l received a phone call from it's customer service manager to discuss the matter further. Unfortunately I was unable to take the call but have subsequently attempted on several occasions to contact said customer service manager both by phone and email. Despite acknowledging my email and promising to call me back within 5 working days I have heard nothing from them.

The team at Play More Golf were really helpful in getting me setup on the system and talking me through the membership offers etc.

Easy registration sign-up. Plenty of places to play as well as my home club

Easy to book a round, easy to see your points total and if you don't play multiple times a week works out a lot cheaper than paying per round or getting a full membership

Very easy process from start to finish and question answered promptly

Vince was very helpfulI and the membership works great for me as i have limited time to play golf.

Everything went smoothly, I have enjoyed my first game at Torquay Golf Club.

Great service and easy to use..good value for money

It was easy to sign up to play more golf, payment taken straightaway, pay monthly a little confusing, so opted to pay in full. Then you get your points put on the app, and off you go, just go on the app see what times are available on what ever course you want to play, book the time slot, points are then deducted, then play your round of golf, Simple.

Great help from Vincent sorting it all out.

Vince was really good. Have all the relevant information and allowed me sufficient time to make my decision Once I joined he helped add on the extra referral points for me and my friend in a timely manner
