Nice and easy site to use! Good price overall, and it lasts for a year from the start, so if you don't find yourself playing as much then you have more time to use the points.

Unfortunately I cannot review my golf experiences but I can review Playmore's customer care. I suffered an injury which has prevented me from playing golf and Playmore willingly extended my renewal date to enable recovery. This, I thought was very good service! My new renewal date has just passed and I have renewed (even though I still cannot swing a club). As expected, I was to lose my remaining Flexi points, I tried to find out if there was any way that I could use them at my local club, but there was not. I was informed that I will lose them. So, I contacted customer services at Playmore, explained my situation, and thankfully they have extended my Flexi points to a date when I am able play again. If that is not good customer service then I do not know what is! This may not, and should not, be everyones experience but well played Playmore!

Simple and straightforward process speaking directly to helpful staff. All done in a couple of minutes.

Easy to use booking system gives me the flexibility to play when I can. Would recommend to anyone.

I have just joined and so far really happy with the PMG option as very reasonable in terms of cost to get back playing golf again. Only helpful suggestion I would make is that it would be nice to have a welcome message / acknowledgement from the home club that we have joined and will be playing at the club and maybe details of any useful points of contact or a tour of facilities with them would be great etc. Thank you

The lady was very helpful and called me back as well was great. One thing which keeps coming up and PlayMore Golf keep saying they will take it under advisement but nothing seems to happen, is making 50 points for example available to buy for people who would like some points but really struggle to use 100 points in a year so keep ending up with more and more so that they don't lose the ones remaining. I rang your office a couple of times recently with questions about PMG and to renew my subscription for 2022. I have spoken to Jess in your office on both occasions. She was extremely helpful in answering all my questions clearly, and also very patient in getting the information over to me. I also found that it was very easy to get to speak to Jess without having to go through a number of keypad selections that annoyingly appears to be the norm these days. Playmore golf is the perfect solution for my current golfing requirements. When I was last a full member of St Ives I wasn't playing enough to get proper value from my fees and surrendered my membership. Post Covid-19, I haven't played for at least 2 years so this is a great way to ease my way back into golf. Signing up on the website was very straightforward, and the points matrix allowed me calculate how many rounds I could play with my points allowance. My only disappointment is the lack of response from my chosen club. It would have been nice to have had a welcome message at least, especially as they sent me so many messages encouraging me to join. An invitation to some form of induction process and introduction to the club would have been particularly welcome.
