I figured simply that a mistake had been made with my CC info or somehow when automatic data was entered in the 2nd section, my personal info, something got overwritten above. So, I was very careful when I tried it the 2nd time, and they cancelled my order - a second time. Very bad company, very disreputable. How can you do business with somebody who simply cancels your orders for no reason?

United States | 16 May 2017Definitely not my "go-to" site as I've had problems with several gift cards purchased. However, I must give them props as the problems were resolved in a reasonable amount of time with limited effort on my part. But if you're not comfortable with an out-of-country Customer Service department (I'm guessing deep in the heart of India) give this site a pass.

United States | 13 May 2017Purchase three batch of GC. One of them worth 878 initially but upon first used,immiedately disappeared. Contact numerous time without resolve with run arounds like you should contact the GC issuer, but because purchase not directly but through GC spread is consider 3rd party that GC issuer would not investigate. The GC in issue was somehow redeem in authorized before the 60 day but GC spread did not honor their policy, they insist that the card was used by me for the same location - which was NOT true after talking to GC issue record but GC spread refused to honor. Avoid it or at your own risk lost over $600... such a night mirror

United States | 08 May 2017This company is not worth your money or time. They sold me a gift card to Denny's for 89.00. I did not use it for a few months until we went out of town. It was no good and I found out that the amount was removed just 30 days after I purchased it. Gift card spread would not honor it and you can hardly get them to answer your emails and they definitely do not return phone calls. Don't buy cards from them!

United States | 30 April 2017I purchased (2) $30.00 E-cards for Rue 21. When attempting to redeem them I found that they both had a zero balance. I immediately tried to reach their customer service phone number but wasn't available on a Saturday. I then sent an email to their support department of which I did receive a reply (2) days later. They apologized for the transaction error and promptly refunded my money. While I would be hesitant in referring them to friends and family, the way they handled resolving my purchase problem, deserves 4 stars.
