United States | 22 September 2016I've run into the problem a few times where the GC's I receive have no money on them. One of them showed a history when logging onto the gift card's store and the money had been removed before I purchased the card. Some of the time they've refunded the money quickly. This last time took 2 weeks and 5 calls to get my money back on a blank card. I check the balance within 5 or 10 minutes of hitting my inbox and they have been blank. GCSpread really needs to do a verification *before* sending out the card. Aside from that, the customer service is usually helpful and I will continue to use them.

United States | 22 September 2016Have bought several gift cards from this company. So far have had to ask for full refund on FIVE cards that either had zero balance or were resold and balance was ZERO within 30 days. This is a huge problem not only with this company but several others.

United States | 22 September 2016Going through so much hassle just to buy a gift card with them, then getting order cancellation emails from them and their terrible customer service, are the factors. Their discounts on the gift cards sound very appealing, but the process is annoying and disappointing at the same time.

United States | 22 September 2016I would not rate them as high as other gift card companies. In the past I had trouble with response times with problem gift cards or even not response at all. I find the turn around time on purchasing egift cards not as quick as Cardpool or GiftCardZen. I one time had to call and ask for my order to get processed. The return policy is not as good as other gift card companies. GCS sometimes offers good discounts.

United States | 22 September 2016So glad I found out about buying discounted gift cards because I'll never pay full price again! Tips: plan your purchase because it takes roughly 1 week before physical gift card arrives in mail. Remember that when you order e-gift card, some merchants will only allow you to use in store rather than on line because it was actually a "merchandise return card." This is not the fault of Gift Card Spread but just a policy that some merchants are implementing. Happy shopping :)

Netherlands | 22 September 2016Although we might run into a few gift cards with issues (You have to expect a few errors from 3rd party sites like these), the discounts offered at Gift Card Spread totally make up for that! I highly doubt you will find a better site for such amazing discounts. I couldn't be more thankful towards Gift card spread - We have saved over $500 in our family shopping over the past year! United States | 22 September 2016I went through the entire shopping and check out process (including providing required information) and submitted my order. I received an email order confirmation. A few minutes later I received a follow-up email stating "Unfortunately we had to refund order #XX-XXXXXXX due to an issue with this transaction." Not happy, but stuff happens. Repeated my order, entered all required information and received my order confirmation. Soon afterward, I received another email with "Unfortunately we had to refund order #XX-XXXXXXX due to an issue with this transaction." This doesn't happen with other cpompanies. I was wasting my time so I moved on to another vendor.

United States | 22 September 2016I buy a lot of gift cards but I am done buying from your company. You are the slowest to get the card to me whether it be electronic or mailed. The last electronic card didnt work so I had to waste my time emailing you to get a refund. I HATE your company and I will tell everyone to avoid you. There is so much competition and they all do it better than you.
