The gift card I was sent didn't have a PIN associated with it, and when I tried to use it at Whole Foods, two separate employees tried to scan it and figure out some way for me to use the gift card to no avail. Because it doesn't have a PIN, I can't even check that I got the value I was promised on Whole Foods' website.

As my last review will probably be deleted here is another. I sold them a gift card which they offered me 50% for and then subsequentilly sold I chased for weeks for payment. They respond quicker to these reviews than customers as I still have over 3 emails they have ignored. They owe me $200 or my $400 Card Back. They then send me an email out the blue asking for my State ID! Err I ain't applying for a bank account or finance! No way! So had no choice but to report to BBB who I am awaiting the outcome for. Shame as I had good cards to sell.

They have good prices, ship quickly and they gave an added protection of security which I appreciate.

The site is straightforward and hassle free.

You screw up nearly every order. I bought a card last week and the day I bought someone else used it (2nd time this happened). Where is the savings? Maybe in Bombay, this is how you conduct business, but in America we take a little more pride in ourselves. Really screw yourself!

You sold me a gift card and took my money. About 12 hours later you emailed me to cancel the order. You said a refund would take 2-3 days. Fortunately my purchase wasn't time sensitive nor was it a lot of money so the impact on me wasn't critical. However - from a customer service perspective- don't sell me something if you can't deliver it. Thanks for listening. I won't use you again. There's plenty of qualified competition to choose from.

These people just want your money. They provide zero customer service. Don't bother to contact them. They never reply.
