Bat is Great, price was great, and delivery was fast. No issues with any of this. But the extended warranty at check out is misleading. I thought i was purchasing an "extended warranty" that would kick in after the manufacturers warrant expired. Instead its for the same time. Not Cool!!

I didn't like how things were automatically added to my cart.$5-$6 for HB shipping protection.or selling bats for 299.99 but a discount code can get you $50 off.If you can sell it for for $250 with a code you can sell it for $250 without a code.You're making the same money.All that does is rip off people who are unaware of the code.You asked for honesty.Thats honest.The same bat I bought is also being sold for $199.99 it just has a less desirable paint scheme and it isn't selling as fast.If you can sell it for $199.99 and make money the same applies.

First time customer. Wrong item was shipped. I ordered a USA sanctioned bat and got a USSSA instead. I called and had the pleasure of speaking with the owner(Mike.) The problem was immediately corrected and rectified. There is something to be said about excellent customer service! Will definitely do all business I can with HB sports in the future!

Great sale on these shoes. Ordering online was quick and easy. Shipping was fast and free. They snuck in shipping insurance, at least I didn’t see it, but was only 2 dollars so no complaints there.
