I received my order on time actually day before it was expected. Size was correct and packaging was great.

Your site illegally adds a shipping insurance and actually adds more than is required. Purchaser does not even notice and pays more than they should. I will send this on to commerce regulators because it's illegal.

The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had dealing with an any store I’ve ever purchased from. I order 12 balls, and overnight air shipping in order to get the balls in time for a tournament. Got referred to Steve Florian. He directed me to the website with a code to save a little money. Ordered the balls, the money came out my acct, and I was promised the balls would be there Friday morning. The next day on Thursday at 11:50am the store calls and says we need to verify your address for fraud. I said okay, I never have a problem with my card so what do you need me to do to get these balls mailed off by 12 (cut off time for overnight air) and he says verify the address and I say okay the address is correct he then asked why doesn’t the address match the card and I say I moved the address for the card is this… he says I can’t change the address. At this time you literally have my money and only have to send the balls through the mail. I say 5 times what do you need me to do in order to get this shipped and he keeps replying verify the address. After the last time he’s says “eff it I’ll just cancel the order” at this point I’m mind blown…. I contact Steve Florian and he has no clue about anything. So now I have no balls, AND the company has the money my team menopause for the balls. I’ve dealt with a lot of reps and company’s and this takes the cake for sure. Mind blown. But no worries the boys at smash it sports bears my story and sent me a dozen balls free. They definitely will have all my business. 1 star and that’s because I had to choose one.
