Massively disappointing service. Have used before and had great recipe kits delivered. This time unable to change recipes to what I wanted due to a glitch in the system and poor customer service, then the order dumped on the doorstep in a storm so wet through. Doorbell not rung - two people in the house when it arrived. Will not be using again. Waste of money and now have to source a replacement meal for a special occasion. Stressful from start to finish and didn’t get what was wanted/needed and received in a poor condition.

We went to your Greenwich restaurant at 5pm ish The young lady that served us was excellent, unfortunately the food was not I ordered the beef and chianti with rignato pasta My friend ordered a 25% larger dream carbonara with a long crinkly pasta I got the the 25% larger dish and immediately disliked the dish. I also got the long crinkly pasta Your member of staff immediately replaced my dish with the regnato pasta and tomato sauce this was hot and runny My friends dish was cold, not the size ordered, and the parma ham were like bullets. Your restaurant came highly recommended and we had the worst time

As per usual, when there was an Issue, Customer Services sorted it out, quickly and without Fuss 10/10

Food is good but the delivery service is terrible. You’re lucky to actually receive what you order. You keep waiting long past the estimated delivery time but nothing happens and no one will give you an update or let you know what is going on. Very stressful experience and not worth the hassle.

This is the fifth time I have ordered from Pasta Evangelists and I keep thinking maybe it's just me, maybe I am picking the wrong ones...maybe that and this...but their pasta is tasteless and what you will get is pasta with very little of the sauce or anything. Also, if you order standard or large portion, it's no difference, you get the same amount, or at least you won't be able to tell the difference at all between the two. I'm pretty sure they are charging extra for larger portion but giving the same as standard or just a tiny bit extra, you can't tell. My friend ordered large portion and I did a standard one and they look the exact same portion. We ordered different flavours and they both taste almost plane. You'll possibly get a lot of oil and plain pasta, and very little of whatever spices you selected. We ended up making our own sauce and added it to the pasta we had bought from Pasta Evangelists and then we were able to eat without feeling like we were just chewing down plain pasta. I don't know if they actually have proper chefs prepare these food or it's just novice cookers or they're using most minimum of their ingredients to save money and over charging customers to make profit or what but every single item they are selling is overpriced in my opinion. Order anything, see what you get, you'll regret it. You're better spending that much getting meal from your local supermarket and you'll enjoy it better. They're making it look like you're ordering from a classy place but it's nowhere near your average restaurant that makes pasta. Gregg's or Sainsbury's or Tesco's or M&S pasta will outdo pasta from Pasta Evangelists, that's just my and my friend's opinion.

Not sure I'll get a reply to this but my pasta, ordered via Just East this afternoon, was shocking. Uncooked, not mixed together and not the larger size I'd paid for. I had previously positive experiences but won't be returning now.

Beef ragu not fit for humans, the so-called beef is more like tin dog food

Really bad. I don’t usually write reviews but this is probably the worst pasta i’ve had in a very long time. Absolutely tasteless, soggy and pasta was undercooked. Ordered on uber eats and they delivered it to the wrong house.

I ordered for the first time via Uber eats and it has been my biggest regret. The pasta was soggy, very bland and there’s no sauce. I ordered a carbonara which understandably the sauce is made from egg yolks but frustratingly, it doesn’t appear to be a sauce as it’s cooked! I am very disappointed so will never ordering again from here.

I Just paid 50£ for a Tasteless Lasagna with just a little piece of meat...not as you see in their picture, then for the ravioli i paid for extra sauce and was very dry and not flavour at all...and the ridicusly small focaccia was a cheap piece of not properly done bread...Really "Roberta"??? Your Company is not worthit a penny and your Chefs Are Just the Leftovers from Macdonalds staff...Never Again...

Tried for the first time today ordered on their website for cooked delivery. The food was quick and delivered in nice packaging. The carbonara I had tasted great and was a generous portion. The profiteroles were awesome.

Their mushroom pasta gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. The other pasta I ordered, was spilt in the bag so a waste of money. Overall, not a great experience I should say.

We visited Pasta Evangelist’s new restaurant in Chiswick, West London on 30th October. The pasta we chose was tasty & well cooked, but not a generous portion. We were delighted to receive a free small glass of wine as an opening promotion. The service was good & the toilets were clean. However, even though it was lunchtime, one of the dishes we chose wasn’t available, we couldn’t see any side dishes offered like an accompanying salad & there was no wine list. We also had to pay for each course up front which made us feel like they thought we were dodgy customers who looked like we’d do a runner (2 nicely turned out ladies in our 60’s!!). Then we asked for dessert & tea/coffee. They had NO tea of any kind & couldn’t even supply a slice of lemon so my friend had a cup of hot water. No hot chocolate either. Our waitress was embarrassed. There was no sign of being able to add a tip to our bill but we were pleased to give her cash directly. Pasta Evangelists pride themselves on serving tradtionally Italian food but the whole ambience of the place was like a fast food joint which felt rather like an airport outlet. I may get an online delivery but won’t be visiting one of their restaurants for lunch again.

I ordered the Healthy Half & Half through Deliveroo (using my partner's account) in Guildford and was disappointed that the salad was HOT & WILTED. The pasta was good but it was topped with too much parmesan... That I didn't request. I would suggest looking at the customer's order properly and packaging it separately from salads.
